“Our ministry exists to make Christ’s love visible!” This is a quote from Valeska Hall, Center Director for FOCUS Orange County. FOCUS is the Orthodox Christian, non-profit organization that has recently joined the Pacific Care Collective team in serving at Bread of Life at Christ Pacific Church in Huntington Beach. Six different Orange County Orthodox churches will take turns throughout the year to serve the needy by providing them with a hot meal, hygiene items, clothing and most importantly, acceptance. Yesterday, marked their first day of service at Christ Pacific, and 50 BOL guests were blessed by 19 members of St. Mark Orthodox Church in Irvine. Pacific Care Collective is thrilled to have the faithful from FOCUS join us, and we look forward to more area churches helping out in the future as well.
